Well, first, that's not good Spanish - it should be "una clase fácil" and "son gentiles".
Second, lines 1 and 2 don't rhyme - "fácil" is pronounced with the stress on the first syllable, not the second. Also, the correct form "gentiles" breaks the rhyme on the fifth line.
Perhaps the last line could become "pero el profesor es gentil", but I can't think of any good rhymes for the first one.
